Poolcement — microcement
that holds water.
Poolciment is the waterproof system in the KCBerry six-system range, designed for permanent immersion — private pools, spas, swim spas, jacuzzis and water features. Applied in two fine coats over Microbase and sealed with a two-part polyurethane varnish resistant to chlorine and salt, it gives a 2–3 mm seamless mineral finish with no tiles or cold joints — available in 73 shades and delivered across the UK.

Wherever water
meets surface.
Poolciment is specified for permanently immersed applications: private and communal pools, spas, swim spas, jacuzzis, indoor wellness areas and water features. It is applied directly over an existing tiled pool — without demolition — or onto a new shell via Microbase, for a continuous mineral finish from the waterline to the floor. Copings and steps are usually paired with our R11 Micronoslip system for slip-resistant continuity.
Poolciment
versus Micronoslip.
Poolciment is the waterproof coating that lives below the waterline — the material actually in permanent contact with the pool water. Micronoslip is the R11 slip-resistant finish for surrounding surfaces — copings, surrounds, showers and terraces where wet feet meet the floor. Most pool projects combine both: Poolciment in the pool, Micronoslip on the surround, in the same colour to erase any transition.
Two fine coats with a stainless-steel trowel over Microbase reinforced with fibreglass mesh, recoat time 6–12 h, sealed with a two-part polyurethane pool varnish. Seven days’ drying, then ready for refilling. 5-year guarantee on systems installed by a professional.
Clear, detailed
pricing.
A Poolciment kit represents, in materials only, around £55 to £95 per m² — materials only, excluding installation. The total varies according to the shade and protective varnish chosen. We supply the materials; installation is charged directly by your chosen applicator, whose rates we do not control.
