Microtraffic is the high-resistance finishing coat of KCBerry's six-system range, designed for floors that see heavy daily use: open-plan kitchens, hallways, commercial spaces and professional environments. Applied in two thin coats over Microbase, it gives the same seamless 2 to 3 mm mineral surface as the rest of the range, sealed for durability and available in 73 colours.

Microtraffic is specified for kitchens, living rooms, hallways, commercial spaces and offices — anywhere a floor needs to stay continuous while standing up to daily use. Kitchen islands and open-plan floors are among the most common applications, both finished in Microbase + Microtraffic.
Microtraffic
versus Microfinishing.
Microfinishing is our ultra-fine finishing coat (0.4 to 0.6 mm) for walls and low-stress surfaces — bathrooms, worktops, splashbacks. Microtraffic shares the same colour palette and look, but is built to resist abrasion, sealed with 2K polyurethane varnish to withstand footfall, chairs, spills and cleaning products. As a rule of thumb: walls and worktops call for Microfinishing; floors, kitchens and professional spaces call for Microtraffic.

A Microtraffic kit is, in materials alone, in the order of £35 to £70 per m² — materials only, excluding installation. The amount varies according to the colour and varnish chosen. We supply the materials: installation is invoiced directly by the installer of your choice, whose rates we don't control.
